Spotlight: TAKE A BOW by Elizabeth Eulberg

Emme, Sophie, Ethan, and Carter are seniors at a performing arts school, getting ready for their Senior Showcase recital, where the pressure is on to appeal to colleges, dance academies, and professionals in show business.

For Sophie, a singer, it's been great to be friends with Emme, who composes songs for her, and to date Carter, soap opera heartthrob who gets plenty of press coverage. Emme and Ethan have been in a band together through all four years of school, but wonder if they could be more than just friends and bandmates. Carter has been acting since he was a baby, and isn't sure how to admit that he'd rather paint than perform.

The Senior Showcase is going to make or break each of the four, in a funny, touching, spectacular finale that only Elizabeth Eulberg could perform.

"The author sustains dramatic tension as she explores how her protagonists’ relationships and dreams for the future evolve during their high-pressure senior year." ~ Publisher's Weekly

"This fresh, fun, fabulous read will have you cheering for new beginnings. Five shiny gold stars." ~ Susane Colasanti, author of WHERE IT HAPPENS

I am so excited to read this book! I've heard the book has four points of view, which can be tricky to do. I know, because I have a draft of a YA I'm working on with four points of view. But reviews are really positive and if you've read Elizabeth's other books, you know she is a wonderful writer and has a talent for bringing characters to life.

Four viewpoints? That does sound daunting as a writer, and exciting as a reader.
